Completed several visual effects sequences weekly. Depending on the subject, the shot could require 3d props and backgrounds, or just 2d compositing.
Taught the fundamentals of 3D art and asset creation in a one year course. The lessons encompass modeling, texturing, rigging, animation, and rendering. The students learn through multiple software packages including Maya, Blender, and Mudbox. They also learn techniques that are unique to different mediums/ goals, like texture baking for interactive assets, or compositing render passes for vfx or non-interactive animation.
